From 14 December 2019 onwards it is mandatory, for all plants intended for planting, to have your products accompanied by the new plant passport.
By then your company must comply with the new EU regulation.
WHAT DOES THE NEW PLANT
PASSPORT LOOK LIKE?
The 2017/2313/EU regulation contains new plant passport form prescriptions supported by a number of examples. The components indicated by the letters A, B , C and D should be clearly recognizable. See below for an example: label form, size and letter type may vary.

HOW DO YOU APPLY FOR A NEW PLANT PASSPORT?
All companies that will start using new plant passport should have them checked by the NAK Tuinbouw. After their check and approval NAK will give the company permission to use the approved plant passports.
