Dive into the world of online sales. Our web shops are the point of sale for numerous products for the horticulture, industry and leisure sector: tags, labels, tokens, wristbands, starting numbers, ball pits and board game accessories. The products are sold directly via the website but also via large marketplaces such as Bol and Amazon. You understand, everything must be arranged and taken care of down to the last detail, from nice photos to appealing sales texts and on-time deliveries, from discount promotions to a good margin.
And that's where you come and see!
Is there a question about a product? Then you are the point of contact. Does the customer want to know something? Then you are his contact person. Invoices are created automatically, but you credit returns for returns and check whether all orders are processed properly. You keep a close eye on the sales of our products and develop new promotions for our products with our marketing department. Also the social media campaigns in combination with the marketing department. You also ensure that the shipments are prepared and reach the customer via the correct carrier.
Is this all? Certainly not!

You have completed an MBO 4 course in a commercial or multimedia direction and you have a natural commercial drive. You are open and talk easily. Of course in Dutch, but preferably also in English. We make many of our products ourselves.

From your work experience you know the role of the CRM system and E-commerce. You are accurate and have a sense of detail.

Good communication skills: Dutch but preferably also in English
Knowledge and experience with Woocommerce, photoshop (advantage);
Accurate and punctual;
Enterprising: you take initiative and know how to tackle things;
Service-oriented;
Affinity with technology is an advantage, but not a must
Living within a radius of 15 km around Heemskerk.

We are VanDerEng. VanDerEng has been active in the production of labels, festival tokens and wristbands since 1894 (yes, you read that correctly!). In addition to die-cutting these labels, our injection molding production is growing and we have developed a blow molding machine. We produce ball pit balls with this last machine. Our ball pit balls are used in indoor playgrounds, Instagram museums, childcare and at people's homes.
