Delivery times

Delivery times apply to every product on VanDerEng BV. This is longer for one product than for another. Below you will find the various products in our webshop with the corresponding delivery times. The date of order serves as a starting point and you add the number of working days. If you have opted for bank transfer, the payment date is the starting point.

Delivery for multiple products

If there are multiple products in one order, all products will be delivered together. In that case, the delivery time of your entire order will be equal to that of the product with the longest delivery time. If desired, a partial delivery can be requested. In that case, take Contact with us.


Tracking your order

By email and via your My VanDerEng account, you will be kept informed of the current order status of the order. Once an order has the status “shipped”, this means that your order has been picked up by one of our carriers. All our orders are delivered within the Netherlands and Belgium by PostNL or UPS (depending on the item).


As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number from us by email. With this number you can track the shipping process of your package.


Delivery time has expired, order has not yet been shipped

It may happen that an order has not been shipped even though the stated delivery time has passed. An order then still has the status 'being processed' instead of the status 'shipped'. You will be continuously informed by e-mail about the current order status of your order, even in the event of such a delay. If you have not received your item(s) 5 working days after the delivery time has expired, please Contact contact our customer service.


Delay during shipping

By email and via your My VanDerEng account you can see whether your order has been shipped or is still being processed.


If your order has the status 'shipped' but you have not yet received it, it is best to wait a few more working days. In exceptional cases, PostNL and UPS will take several days to deliver the order instead of 24 hours. Have you not received your order 3 working days after it was shipped? Then take Contact contact our customer service. In order to serve you as quickly as possible, we kindly request that you quote the order number or have it at hand when you call us.


Shipping contribution

VanDerEng BV will charge shipping costs for shipping orders. Depending on the selected product, the shipping costs will be visible in the shopping cart.


Delivery days

VanDerEng BV delivers the order from Monday to Friday, depending on the selected products and carrier. PostNL and UPS do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 


Delivery time when paying by bank transfer 

If the payment method “via bank transfer” was chosen for the order, it may take 1 to 3 working days before we receive the payment. For payments from a foreign bank account it can take up to 4 working days. The delivery time starts from the moment payment is received. Please take this into account when ordering.


If you are not at home 

If no one is home at the time of delivery, you can assume the following:

  • The order will be resubmitted the next day. If you also miss this delivery, the shipping service will leave a message with details for an alternative delivery time or collection location;
  • The message will be left directly with you, which may mean that the delivery has been left at a neighbor's house or has been dropped off at a collection point nearby.
