VanDerEng BV is actively involved in various sectors. All these industries have their own needs. VanDerEng understands the importance of optimally connecting its materials to the needs within the various industries. The recycled material developed by VanDerEng itself. The core of the material consists entirely of recycled material, which is provided with a top layer of virgin material. This top layer ensures that the print quality and product performance remain the same as that of regular Duraflex slot labels.
VanDerEng's most used and food-safe material. Ideal for every situation and is therefore used by more than 90% of our customers. It complies with EC 1935/2004 – EU 10-2011 regulations and can therefore be used safely in the various horticulture and meat processing sectors.
The material that, due to its single or double-sided coating, is suitable for more extreme conditions, where moisture, heat, oils, fats and blood come into contact with the label and the printing may under no circumstances fade or disappear. The material is also extremely easy to write on with pen or pencil.
The robust material from Dupont. The pressed structure gives the material enormous resistance, even when used externally. Our Tyvek is also provided with a special thermal transfer coating. The absorbent surface makes it suitable for matrix printers and can be written on with a pencil/pen.
The laser print material is well suited for printing on laser printers. Due to the strength of plastic and the coating, HD prints can be transferred to the labels. In addition, the material is super strong and can be used well in steel and concrete.

Polystyrene is a hard, rigid plastic with a matte surface. Polystyrene absorbs little to no moisture and is odorless and does not affect taste. Other products made from PS are insert labels, breakable coins and round consumption coins.
Thermo PE has a heat-sensitive coating on one side. This means that a carbon ribbon is not necessary for thermal transfer printing, which is often used to save time. Due to this heat-sensitive surface, the label is sensitive to moisture, (sun)light also affects this layer.

VanDerEng specializes in every form of self-adhesive. Is it paper or plastic, thermally or full color printed? Is the adhesive removable or permanent? Food safe or not. At VanDerEng we can advise you on all options and the best fit for your process.
VanDerEng also has the Textile line for the Event world. A glossy satin that can be printed on one or both sides. The material feels silky soft and feels nice on the skin. Textile is used for our wristbands or lanyards. With this material you give your event a luxurious look.
Vinyl is also frequently used in the Event industry. The material is a bit stiffer and feels less comfortable on the skin. A major advantage of the material is that it is extremely strong and can be worn for several days. The material is often used at Hotels and Resorts.
Silicone is the material we use for the Silicone Wristbands. Due to its flexibility, this material is not suitable for entrance control, but can serve very well as a marketing expression. The material is very comfortable to wear and lasts a long time, which makes it ideal for marketing.
Under Customization we include all materials that you cannot find above, but in which we can of course advise and assist you. Consider other forms of plastic, but also forms of cardboard or paper. VanDerEng has the expertise to support you in all areas.
