WHEN WE GET SOME MORE LEEWAY AGAIN… JUST HANG ON A LITTLE LONGER!

We all dream that the rules will soon be relaxed again, but for now we have to stick with it. We follow the various field labs and test events that are being organized and hope that the vaccination program will develop vigorously towards the summer.

One thing is for sure, the masks will continue to determine the street scene for a while. And not only on the street, but also in retail such as hairdressers and supermarkets, in public spaces such as schools and offices, but also in agriculture and industry at all kinds of production locations where people carry out their work close to each other using mouth and face mask intensively.

Because we now wear masks more often and longer in succession, more and more attention is paid to ‘wearing comfort’. VanDerEng already launched self-developed ear protectors for mouth masks and face masks last year. Using the so called ‘EarSaver’ ear protectors prevent painful pressure and skin irritation behind and around the ears, especially when masks are worn for longer – sometimes a few hours at a time – by hairdressers and staff in supermarkets and nursing homes, for example. VanDerEng hopes this will make a modest contribution to the comfortable and safe wearing of protective equipment against Covid-19.
