As an Internal Service Account Manager, you are the key figure in attracting new customers and maintaining valuable relationships with existing customers. But that is not everything. You also contribute to the smooth running of our operational processes by supporting the team with administrative tasks. Every day you are committed to the following core tasks:

• Active Customer Approach: You proactively engage with both potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer our solutions.
• Quotation management: From creating quotes to sending and following up, you ensure that this process runs smoothly.
• Solution-oriented Thinking: In close collaboration with customers, the field service team and technical services, you offer innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• Daily Communication: You maintain constant contact with customers, suppliers, production and the field service team to ensure that all parties are on the same page.
• Commercial Projects: In addition to your daily tasks, you will be involved in various commercial projects to promote our growth and increase our impact.
