Dive into the world of tags and labels. VanDerEng has been active for 125 years and is a world player in non-adhesive labels and tags for various sectors, such as horticulture, industry and the leisure sector, for which we produce and sell the following products: labels, labels, tokens, wristbands and starting numbers. The products are sold directly through the website or personal sales. You understand, all these productions must run efficiently through our production and meet the highest quality.

From your role, all production orders pass through your hands. You are the point of contact for your colleagues in production, technical services and commercial departments. Your role is to ensure efficient production and optimal planning and output. You focus on quality without losing sight of quantity. In addition, you ensure a healthy stock of materials and semi-finished products, you coordinate weekly with commerce about new trends and products, as well as with the technical department about maintenance of the machine park. You also build good relationships with suppliers and transporters to optimize both the inflow and outflow of goods.

You have an HBO+ work and thinking level in a technical direction. You are open and talk easily. Of course in Dutch, but preferably also in English. You also have extensive experience in managing a production environment.
Based on your work experience, you know how to use various ERP systems and online tools, you are accurate and very quality-oriented:
Good communication skills: Dutch but preferably also in English
Knowledge and experience with ERP, Planning and Shipping tools;
Accurate and punctual;
Enterprising: you take initiative and know how to tackle things;
Service-oriented;
Technically and process oriented;
Living within a radius of 25 km around Heemskerk.

We are VanDerEng. VanDerEng has been active in the production of labels, festival tokens and wristbands since 1894 (yes, you read that correctly!). In addition to die-cutting these labels, our injection molding production is growing and we have developed a blow molding machine. We produce ball pit balls with this last machine.
